3. Educational Purpose & Disclaimer of Results

The Program is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. Participation in the Program does not constitute a guarantee that you will achieve any particular sales, revenue, profit, account approval, product approval, Amazon account status, or business outcome. Your results depend on individual execution, capital, marketplace conditions, and supplier relationships.

4. Amazon and Third-Party Relationship

Upsell Wholesale Seller Academy is an independent training and consulting provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with Amazon.com, Inc. or its subsidiaries. You remain responsible for complying with Amazon policies.

5. Program Access and Support

Access to the 9 recorded training modules, 3 live interactive Q&A sessions, downloadable resources, and email/WhatsApp support is provided upon enrollment. The Program is strictly an educational training and mentorship program; it does not include live daily classes or third-party Amazon account management services. Modifications to the scheduling of live Q&A sessions or platform delivery may occur where necessary with reasonable notice without materially reducing purchased services.

6. Student Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for completing assigned training, providing accurate details, maintaining account credentials securely, complying with marketplace policies, and making independent business decisions.

7. Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your personal login credentials, Amazon Seller Central account, and third-party software accounts. Upsell Wholesale Seller Academy does not require or request direct administrative access to your Amazon seller account for training purposes, and you should never share sensitive login credentials with unauthorized parties.

8. Fees and Payment

Program fees are disclosed prior to enrollment. Completing a purchase authorizes processing of the agreed fee. Taxes or transaction charges apply as presented at checkout.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.
