Amazon US Wholesale Training, Launch & Management Program
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in the Upsell Wholesale Seller Academy – Amazon US Wholesale Training, Launch & Management Program (“Program”) provided by Upsell Wholesale Seller Academy (“Upsell Wholesale Seller Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By enrolling in, purchasing, accessing, or participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not purchase or access the Program.

Upsell Wholesale Seller Academy may modify the scheduling, delivery method, instructors, training materials, or platform used to provide the Program where reasonably necessary, provided that such changes do not materially reduce the purchased services.
